The function of the SPIDER; DIFF CAG
1.Power transmission: Transmit power from differential planet gears to the left and right half shafts to drive the wheels.
2.Differential steering: Cooperate with planet gears to produce speed difference between left and right wheels for smooth turning.
3.Torque bearing: Bear large output torque from the transmission to ensure stable power transmission without slipping or deformation.
4.Balanced drive: The full set ensures even power output on both sides, reducing chassis vibration and abnormal noise.
The working principle of the SPIDER; DIFF CAG
1.Power reception: The driven gear of the final drive drives the planet carrier to rotate, and the planet gears transmit power to the left and right side gears through meshing.
2.Straight running at the same speed: When the vehicle runs straight, the planet gears do not rotate on their own axis but revolve with the carrier, driving both side gears to rotate at the same speed and in the same direction.
3.Differential during turning: When the vehicle turns, the outer wheel travels a longer distance and runs faster. The planet gears start self-rotation to compensate the speed difference, making the left and right side gears rotate at different speeds for smooth steering.
4.Power output and driving: The side gears are splined to the half shafts, stably transmitting the distributed power to the wheels while bearing torque and coordinating with the entire differential mechanism for normal operation.
Structure of the Alternator.
Alternators are usually made up of components such as stators, rotors, covers and bearings. The stator consists of a stator core, a wire bale winding, a base, and other structural parts that hold these parts in place. The rotor consists of rotor core (or pole, magnetic choke) windings, guard rings, center rings, slip rings, fans and shafts. The stator and rotor of the generator are assembled by bearings and end covers, so that the rotor can rotate in the stator and do the movement of cutting magnetic field lines, thereby generating an induced potential, which is led out by the terminals and connected to the loop, and a current is generated.
